Replacement, Return & Refund Policy

Replacement – Replacement of the products may be considered in the following scenarios:

  • In-Transit damage of the product if such instances are reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • If we deliver a product with a shelf life remaining of less than 50% of the product life, and such instances are reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • In case of any quality-related concern, subject to verification from the internal quality control team after a detailed understanding of the concern raised and product evaluation.

The product in question needs to be returned for replacement to be processed. Without the return of the product, replacement is not permitted.

Scenarios where replacement of the product is not allowed –

  • No replacement is allowed for any expired product.
  • Used products are strictly not eligible for replacement.

Return – Products are delivered on a NON-RETURNABLE BASIS. Return is allowed only in the case of delivery of incorrect or damaged products.

Refund – Refund of the delivered product is permitted in cases of quality issues or order cancellation by the company. Refunds can be issued via E-Vouchers/Gift Cards or direct transfer into the customer’s bank account.

  • Refunds via E-Vouchers can be redeemed on the next purchase at Mayavanam India within the validity period.
  • Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7–8 business days (subject to clearance in quality check).
  • Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
  • Mayavanam does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment.
  • Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
