Shipping Policy

Delivery usually takes 4 to 6 working days after the acceptance of an order. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, the geographic location of the customer, shipping destination, and the delivery timeline of the courier partner servicing the customer's location.

Where does Mayavanam ship its products?

We currently ship across Pan India. No matter where you are, Mayavanam brings natural wellness right to your doorstep.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

  • Domestic: A shipping charge of INR 100 is applicable on all orders below INR 600.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the name of the courier company handling your delivery. 

You can track your package 24 hours after it is dispatched from our warehouse.

What if my order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it?

You must report non-delivery of the order within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing us at hello@mayavanam.in or calling us at +91 97879 58730.

After 48 hours, Mayavanam will not be held liable for missing deliveries.
